AP courses are offered in Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, Chinese, English Language & Composition, English Literature & Composition, Statistics, U.S. Government & Politics, and U.S. History.

Juniors and seniors can earn college credit through the Vermont Dual Enrollment Program by taking two free college courses while they are still in high school.  Courses can be taken at most Vermont colleges, in-person or online.

Honors courses are offered in Algebra I, Biology, Chemistry, Chinese, Civics, Earth Science, English, French, Math A, Math B, Physics, Pre-Calculus, and U.S. History.

Arlington Memorial High School students have the opportunity to participate in a number of standardized tests, including ACT, AP, ASVAB, PSAT, SAT and Vermont state standardized testing.

Students in Grades 11 and 12 have the opportunity to access a variety of technical education programs at Southwest Tech in Bennington.
