Mack Performing Arts Center & Wes Carlson Studio
for Dance and Theater
The dream of a performing arts center began with Arlington Memorial Principal Kerry Csizmesia who believed the Arlington School District could play a role in making a performing arts center a reality. Kerry met with several individuals to secure funding for the center's construction including the Arlington Arts & Enrichment Program board members.
From that meeting, a partnership developed. More than $650,000 was raised from private donations including the campaign's early supporters: Don Kendall and Mack Molding, Gary Goldberg and Dianan Meehan and Perez and Elizabeth Ehrich. On September 6, 2007, the Mack Performing Arts Center & Wes Carlson Studio for Dance and Theatre was dedicated. With the help of many, the dream of a community theater became a reality.
